  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For customers in the United Kingdom, standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. For customers in Europe, shipping can take 2-11 business days. Worldwide shipping usually takes 3-17 business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected during public holidays.

  • What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please contact us at vinteesworld@gmail.com to initiate a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at vinteesworld@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • Can I return a personalized item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized items. This includes any custom products or special orders.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a unique parcel tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active on the courier's system.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100 and worldwide orders over £200.

  • What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Can I cancel or return my order within the European Union?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.   • How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible (Usually 24 hours). Please allow 1-3 days for us to dispatch your order.

  • Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
